Refund Policy

Try before you pay

Every new member starts with a 3-day free trial. This gives you time to chat with Maddy and decide whether a paid subscription is right for you before any payment is taken. We encourage you to use the trial fully.

Subscription payments are final

Because you can evaluate Maddy for free during the trial, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for subscription fees already charged, including for partially used billing periods.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation stops all future charges. You keep access to your paid tier until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; it will not renew after that.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable law. Where a refund is required by law, that refund will still apply.
